Job Summary: We're searching for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and performance across our networks. This position demands a deep understanding of networking principles, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to optimizing network efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and related components.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade network hardware, software, and equipment.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements for projects.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Assist in capacity planning and network expansion projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in networking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and switching.
• Experience with network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, etc.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong understanding of network security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are a plus.
